Bogd Khan Winter Palace

One cold day in January, Sister Eliason called me to see if we wanted to go visit the Bogd Khan WInter Palace Museum in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Richard was working on a report, but said I could go if I wanted.  I wanted!  Dr. Eliason wasn't feeling well, so Sister Eliason and I went.  It was really, really cold and most of the museum was in unheated buildings, but we were fascinated.  Jebtzun Damba, the Living Buddha and last king of Mongolia, lived here for 20 years.
